1. Service Description

Eclecticaspects provides creative consulting services including brand identity, web design, and campaign development. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables specified in your project agreement. Eclecticaspects retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

4. Limitation of Liability

Eclecticaspects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Eclecticaspects reserves the right to refuse service for violation of these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
